My name is Sarah Hares and over the past 27 years. I have been on an amazing and at times painful, journey of self-discovery.
On my self-discovery journey, I have explored Yoga, Reiki, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Sound Healing, Hindu Teachings, Buddhist Teachings, and many other healing modalities. I have researched, tried, and tested really useful tools and techniques to help me discover who I really am. What my passions are in life. What beliefs were stopping me from having the life I have always wanted. Why I do the things I do and react in certain ways to certain situations
Everyone is unique and we all have so much potential and the biggest obstacle in our own way is ourselves.
Let me help you untangle the binds which are holding you back and help you take the first steps to realising the you that you want to be.
The hardest step in the journey is always the first.
I offer a safe space for you to get to know yourself whether you are in one of my yoga classes or in my therapy room.

Services

Yoga
I offer a range of Yoga services, including 1:1 bespoke Yoga Sessions, 6 week Yoga programmes, Beginners Classes and much more. My passion is bring yoga to those of you whom have been wanting to explore yoga, to give it a go, but find several excuses not to start.
You are in a Yoga class for you and no one else.

EFT Emotional Freedom Technique
EFT is a combination of Chinese Acupressure and Talking Therapy (Modern Psychology). In an EFT session, we will focus on a specific problem/experience in your life, and tap away the negative emotions attached to that experience which have been stored within the body, freeing you from the negative self-talk and emotional side effects of that experience.
This treatment is non-invasive and the effects can be astonishingly fast.

EFT Immersion Therapy
This therapy is an entirely unique therapy which I have created and have had some amazing results. This therapy uses the same techniques as EFT Therapy, with the additional use of Sound Therapy/Frequencies, designed specifically for your issue/ situation.
The treatment is intensive as we are incorporating sound waves and will effect the body on a cellular level. The session is also longer in duration.

Reiki Healing
Reiki healing is a non-invasive therapy which involves a powerful flow of universal energy. This is Channelled energy of an intelligent nature and will flow from my hands into the body to where it is needed the most.

Tarot Card Reading
I have been working with spirit and giving Angel & Tarot Card Readings for over 25 years, all over the world. Including India, Africa and America to name a few.
Tarot cards can be used to map out trends in your future and can help us to know ourselves better, and to understand why things happen to us. I use my cards as a tool, and with the help of my guides, I interpret which pathway and influences surround you at this present moment in time and what may be possible in the future.
I have had amazing accuracy with my readings and encourage my clients to record their reading so they can listen back to them over time.
