Children's Yoga

I have two main passions in life, my passion for yoga which I have been studying and practicing for over 30 years and the other is working with children, which I have been doing since 2012.

I really believe in the practice of yoga, and I have personally benefitted from the tools and techniques I have learnt over the years.

With the growing issues around children’s mental health and the impact of modern technology, I wanted to make a difference, so I am going into schools, local clubs and charities promoting health and wellbeing to children and helping the younger generation to build healthy foundations for their future.

I am pleased to introduce to you

YOGA WITH NANNA & BEAR.

Yoga with Nanna & Bear brings the teachings and joy of yoga to children of all ages in schools and clubs across Surrey & Sussex.  

I run creative and engaging yoga classes tailored to children of all ages. My classes utilise movement, play, music, breathing and relaxation to support their journey.

Yoga is a fantastic tool for a child’s development, helping them to nurture calmness, resilience, and concentration, while developing physical strength and self-esteem.
