Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, No Shows & Late Arrivals - Classes, Therapy Sessions or Readings Yoga Class cancellations should be made via your login on my website, I do not accept cancellations by phone or email. For Therapy sessions and Readings a Phone call or Text is acceptable NOT EMAIL I operate a strict 4-hour cancellation policy for all my classes, Therapies and Readings; all cancellations made with less than 4 hours’ notice will be charged at full price Early-cancelling your Class, Reading or Therapy session does not mean the original purchase is refunded to your bank. It means the class, session or reading is cancelled without penalty, it's not lost & can still be used at a later date Late arrivals will not be allowed entry into my Yoga classes. No Show - Classes, Readings, or Therapy sessions If clients fail to turn up without prior notice (“no-show”), you will be charged full price and no refund will be given.
